Seventy tools, ten countries and one pane of glass is the arithmetic the Adecco Group is selling to its own staff.
The staffing group is putting Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker in front of 27,000 employees across more than 40 countries. Pilots came first, in the UK and France. The assistant runs on Anthropic’s Claude and sits inside the Salesforce platform, covering sales and recruitment work from client engagement to candidate screening.
What disappears is the tool-hopping. Prospect lists, briefs, enriched records and lead status across teams arrive in one place. Recruiters can shortlist candidates and hand them to pre-screening, recruiter or onboarding agents.
The system’s memory is built from candidate history. More than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions have been recorded since April 2025, and chief executive Denis Machuel said the point is holding that context where human judgment matters. He described pilot adoption as strong within days.
Commercially, the deployment rests on a licence rather than a pilot. Adecco signed a multi-year deal with Salesforce in March running through 2027, covering unlimited global access to Agentforce 360 under an agentic enterprise agreement. Ten countries already run agentic workflows in recruitment, and the group says they account for half of its Adecco business revenue.
The productivity story is softer than the licence. Machuel told Dreamforce that recruiters had won back 35 to 40 percent of their time and that 20,000 more placements were made this year. Adecco has not had those figures verified, and has not said when the 40-country build-out finishes.
