Higgsfield adds Nvidia and TCV to an already open Series B

Higgsfield stretched its Series B on October 23, bringing TCV and Nvidia into a round DST Global had led in August. Four more backers signed on at the same time: Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, Smash Capital and Valor Capital.

The company sells image and video generation to marketers, agencies and creators, a crowded field where differentiation comes down to speed and control over output. Chief executive Alex Mashrabov frames the moment as a content-supply problem: brands need more visual material than traditional production can deliver.

The numbers behind the raise are the reason to pay attention. By its own account Higgsfield cleared $1B in annualized revenue in September, roughly eighteen months after launch, with more than 40M users spread across 238 countries and territories. The United States is its largest single market; Europe is its largest region.

Nvidia put money in during a first trip to Kazakhstan by Jensen Huang, on hand for the country’s AI month in its capital. Higgsfield is run out of San Francisco, traces its roots to Kazakhstan via Astana Hub, and bills itself as that country’s first AI unicorn.

What TCV brings is a reading rather than money. Its portfolio runs to Netflix, Spotify and ByteDance, and founding general partner Jay Hoag grouped Higgsfield with platforms that changed how people create and consume media. That is a media-platform bet, not an image-tool bet, and it is the signal to watch as enterprise demand grows faster than 100% month over month.
